With that said, I recently purchase a new home, here in the Sarasota.  I knew I wanted to have the AC System checked, after taking possession of the property and moving in.  The AC System is a Bosch Inverter Unit, which AC Heroes, unfortunately does not install.  However, after I called and explained the situation, Makenzie arranged a Service Call, after verifying with their Technician that they’d be able to inspect the system and provide options, should any issue arise.

Yesterday, October 8th, Adam arrived on time, after alerting me, by text, of his pending arrival. When he arrived, I explained the issue and reason for the service call.

Adam took note and we headed out to the Bosch Unit. After opening the side panels, he explained to me, what he was going to test and verify, within the system. I watched for awhile, then went back inside, to let Adam do his job. He had me come out to explain a few things, concerning the Bosch Inverter System, which he had verified with the Bosch Technical Team, via a call. Once Adam made the recommended adjustments, he came back inside to check the temperature of each register and also verified that the humidity levels were decreasing.

At this point, he headed to the attic to check on the ductwork for the AC System. He confirmed my suspicions - the ducts required replacement, due to their age. He asked me to come up, to show me a few issues, that he thought I should know about - which I greatly appreciated.  We discussed the ducts and what would need replacing.

I truly appreciated Adam’s due diligence, attention to detail and commitment to finding solutions to mitigate the impact of the issue I was experiencing with the AC System and what my plan of action should be. Professional, Friendly Service! True Customer Service at its best!   I highly recommend AC Heroes!
